When Should I Order, and When Should It Be Shipped?
Wholesale flowers are cut and shipped before they reach their prime beauty. You should to plan to receive your order 1-2 days in advance of your event to hydrate the flowers and allow them to open.
- Wholesale flower orders placed before 2:00PM ET Monday - Thursday can in most cases be shipped THAT day.
- Orders placed after 2:00PM ET Monday - Thursday can ship as soon as the next day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday can be shipped the following Monday.
- You can pre-order up to 60 days in advance and specify the desired ship date at check out.
FREE Weekday Shipping on Flower Orders Over $200 to Most of the Northeast
The BloomsByTheBox's "In Area" Free Weekday Shipping zone includes New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont and portions of Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and Massachusetts (see map at right). If you are not in this area, see Out of Area Shipping.
The rates below apply to In Area orders shipped from Monday - Thursday for Tuesday - Friday delivery. Click here for Saturday delivery options.
"Supplies" include floral supplies, containers and freeze-dried petals. Flower and Shipping charges are determined separately.
If your destination is not in our In Area Shipping zone, your flowers and greens will ship via Next Day Air service. All supplies (including freeze-dried petals) will ship separately via Ground service.
BloomsByTheBox ships throughout the Continental US. BloomsByTheBox does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canada.

Flower Shipping rates apply to Monday-Thursday shipments/Tuesday-Friday deliveries. Saturday Delivery can be requested when ordering, and a $20 surcharge will be added to your order.
Supply shipping rates include ground shipping, which includes a 1-day to 5-day delivery. If you need your supplies within 5 days of placing your order, contact BloomsByTheBox to determine if expedited delivery rates will apply.
Orders may include shipments from multiple locations. Each shipment will result in FEDEX or UPS tracking notifications to the order email address on or before the requested ship date after 4:00PM ET.
Note that Supplies - including floral supplies, containers and freeze-dried petals - are shipped separately, and may be shipped in advance of, and delivered prior to, the requested Ship Date.
All orders are sent "No Signature Required", but the carriers reserve the right to refuse to leave packages in areas they determine to be insecure.
The exact time of day that orders are delivered will vary by destination and are not guaranteed by BloomsByTheBox.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Most changes and cancellations can be made up to two days before requested delivery date. Items with advance purchase requirements cannot be changed or cancelled. Non-perishable product may be shipped before requested ship date and cannot be changed or cancelled once in transit. Address and contact information can be changed until shipment. There is no additional charge for order changes or cancellations. To request a change to or cancellation of your order, contact Blooms Customer Service.
