Our Blooms News for this month may be short and sweet, but we’ve packed in plenty of inspriation for you to take away! To kick things off, we have Catherine and Kevin’s elegant, refined wedding feature, followed by an article celebrating all things greenery to bring a fresh, natural look to wedding decor. A big thank you to our friends at Catch My Party and Sea Island Life Magazine for featuring our team and blooms!

Catch My Party

If you have been hunting high and low to find the perfect inspiration for a rustic and romantic wedding theme, you can finally cease your search! Catherine and Kevin’s subtle pink wedding day is one that we hold close to our hearts as it’s one that we’d like to think we would model for our own wedding: timeless, elegant and filled with do-it-yourself flowers! From bouquets and ceremony decor to the centerpieces and flowers on their buttercream cake, the duo chose to do DIY their arrangements using hydrangeas, various shades of pink roses and eucalyptus leaves. Want to see Catherine and Kevin’s sweet day yourself? Head over to Catch My Party by visiting their blog here.

Fresh, natural, organic – there are countless reasons why greenery is taking over the wedding scene and quickly becoming the primary hue for this year’s wedding color palettes! Our friends at Sea Life Island Magazine agree, especially with their recent article, Fresh Celebrations, that relish in small and grande installations that help bring a natural look to wedding decorations. Our own, Joan Wyndrum, speak to one of the hottest trends to add foliage and greenery into your wedding decor, and it just so happens to be laying vines and natural elements to create abstract designs and added texture. Joan doesn’t stop there with how you can add these playful elements to your overall wedding design! Find out more by heading to Sea Island Life Magazine‘s blog by browsing here.
