Flowers may need time to rehydrate before arranging.<\/p>\n<p>Clear Pedestal Vase: Fill vase with water.<\/p>\n<p>Bone Herring: Remove most of the foliage from individual stems<\/p>\n<p><strong>Create Your Floral Arrangements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bend and wrap Curly Willow into vase. This will serve as dimension, character and a grid for remainder of arrangement.
