We\u2019ve taken The Knot\u2019s article one step further, creating for-sure floral pairings for some of our favorite wedding themes!<\/p>\n

Art Deco Wedding Theme<\/h2>\n

To conjure up an image of an \u201cArt Deco\u201d wedding, all you need to do is watch the Great Gatsby a time or two. Using contrasting colors is a great place to start. White paired with\u00a0black is the first combo that comes to mind, but burgundy and blush are perfect too! Flower arrangements (especially bouquets) were expected to be lavish and overflowing. Achieve this look on a DIY budget by stocking up on greens and using flowers with large blooms (like wholesale hydrangeas or football mums) or lots of smaller blooms on each stem (like alstroemeria).<\/p>\n

Flowers to try: Peonies, calla lilies, roses, orchids, anemones<\/p>\n

Greens to try: Eucalyptus, leatherleaf fern, ivy<\/p>\n

Take everyone\u2019s wedding favorites, like roses, hydrangeas, and leather leaf fern, to the next level by combining garden roses, peonies, and freesia<\/a> with\u00a0eucalyptus and astilbe for added visual interest!<\/p>\n

Texture is most important here, so stock, thistle, and scabiosa are modern-day rustic wedding favorites.<\/p>\n
