DIY Flower Supplies<\/h2>\n

Having the right DIY wedding flower tools and supplies is key. You wouldn\u2019t attempt a new recipe without having the proper ingredients, utensils or cookware \u2014 the same goes for flowers! You want to make sure that you have everything you need to make beautiful arrangements that will both look fabulous in your wedding photos, and keep looking great throughout your event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a list of wedding supplies you\u2019ll need to DIY your wedding flowers, courtesy of our sponsor, and DIY wedding floral specialists,\u00a0Blooms by the Box.<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

  1. Buckets<\/a>:\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Probably one of the most important things to have when creating your own flowers, is a place to put them!\u00a0Make sure you have plenty of clean buckets<\/a>\u00a0to hydrate your flowers in when they arrive, you don\u2019t want to crowd them.<\/li>\n
  2. Floral Scissors<\/a>:\u00a0<\/b>When you use regular scissors to cut stems, you run the risk of crushing the stem and affecting the amount of water that\u2019s pulled up the stem and into the bloom.\u00a0Floral Scissors have ridged edges<\/a>\u00a0to cut through stems without crushing them!<\/li>\n
  3. Bunch Cutters<\/a>:\u00a0<\/b>This tool is perfect for cutting multiple stems at once, and because\u00a0a bunch cutter has thicker, sharper blades,<\/a>\u00a0it can cut through the flowers and greens that have woodier stems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
