Are you planning a Holiday Wedding? We have some pros and cons to share with you if you plan a wedding during a holiday month. One great advantage of having your wedding during the holiday months is that the venues are pre-decorated! Here are a few essential things to think about when planning your holiday wedding. Ordering flowers online will have black-out dates for the holiday delivery schedule. Negotiating with your vendors may be difficult because of the time of year. Just be flexible, and don\u2019t stress! You can make it happen. The best-kept secret is planning a wedding on long holiday weekends such as Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, and Columbus Day. September and October are perfect weather months for a wedding! There are so many colors to choose from for your flower arrangements. We recommend picking seasonal blooms. Use colors that compliment your color theme and are in season to save towards your wedding budget.<\/p>\n

Here are some of our favorites:
\n<\/strong>\u2665\u00a0 Red flowers include roses<\/a>, garden roses<\/a>, carnations<\/a>, Matsumoto Aster red<\/a>, and gerbera daisies<\/a>. We love leucadendron<\/a>, hypericum red berries<\/a>, and red alstroemeria<\/a>.
\n\u2665\u00a0 Burnt orange flowers<\/a> include the elegant mini calla lily mango, celosia, dahlias, orange gerbera, carnations, roses, gerpom daisies, gladiolus, orange lily 3-5 blooms, orange marigold, and snapdragons.
\n\u2665\u00a0 Add a touch of purple<\/a> and pink<\/a> to your flowers. Statice, waxflower, monte casino aster, statice, and calla lilies are some excellent choices.
\n\u2665\u00a0 Need a pop of yellow<\/a> or peach<\/a>, pick yellow billy balls<\/a>, white or peach hypericum berries, yellow alstroemeria, or bright sunny yellow sunflowers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We love this dramatic white<\/a> and red<\/a> bouquet for a December wedding. Pairing together red and white roses<\/a> with hypericum berries make an elegant classic bouquet. Some other suggestion colors are creams, ivories, and peach<\/a> or blush hues<\/a>. Other suggestions of flowers are orchids, gardenias, roses, garden roses, fancy carnations, the star of Bethlehem, Amaryllis, calla lilies, and white anemones. Add the greenery dusty miller<\/a> for a frosty effect and a velvety texture.<\/p>\n

OMG! There are so many gorgeous colors for January weddings. Pastels are not just for spring; they are a perfect \u201csoft icy hue\u201d for winter. Some of our favorite flowers for winter weddings are roses, calla lilies<\/a>, freesia<\/a>, bells of Ireland, scabiosa, orchid\u2019s<\/a>, gladiola, and carnations<\/a>. To add a dusty blue hue into your arrangement, use thistle<\/a>, blue delphiniums<\/a>, and dusty miller greenery. Looking for a deep elegant color for January? Use plum<\/a>, burgundy<\/a>, blue<\/a> mixed with lots of textured greenery.<\/a><\/p>\n

Who does not love a New Year\u2019s Eve celebration! New Year\u2019s Eve weddings are about the midnight kiss, bubbly glitter, and celebrating your new beginnings! New Year\u2019s Eve is a big night for your guests, so go straight for the glitz and glamour to make it an unforgettable night. Design a tablescape with white roses, metallics, and mirrors. Add noisemakers, party hats, and lots of confetti!<\/p>\n

February weddings are romantic because of Valentine\u2019s Day. It is a month that celebrates LOVE. Make your flowers the star of your wedding. Set the mood using shades of red<\/a>, burgundy<\/a>, and hues of pink<\/a>. Mix in anemones, roses, calla lilies, ranunculus, calla lilies into your bouquets and centerpieces. Make a romantic carnation heart or an X and O for the sweetheart table. Sprinkle rose petals in the middle of the guest tables and around the centerpieces.<\/p>\n
