Some favorites are dahlias<\/a>, chrysanthemums<\/a>, ranunculus<\/a>, astilbe, eucalyptus<\/a>, asters<\/a> in hues of burnt orange, yellows, reds, and bronze.<\/p>\n

Roses-<\/strong> Wholesale roses require additional care during the preparation before arranging your floral arrangements\u2014In addition to cleaning the leaves and giving them a fresh cut on each stem, de-thorned your roses<\/a>. After a few hours of rehydration, remove the outer guard petals before arranging.<\/p>\n

Lilies-<\/strong> Need your lilies<\/a> to open fully? Make a 1-inch cut or more up the stem to open new capillaries to carry water upward. Plunge the stems immediately into lukewarm water and keep the vase at least one-half full. Keep the lilies away from direct sunlight but place them near a window for plenty of light. Do not keep your Lilies close to fruits like apples and bananas.<\/p>\n

Hydrangeas-<\/strong> Make a one-inch slit in the center of the bottom of the hydrangea<\/a> stem, and moisten the heads with a spray bottle to ensure they stay hydrated.<\/p>\n

Tulips-<\/strong> Here are some scientific fun facts about tulips- tulips continue to grow after being cut and placed in a vase. Tulips<\/a> are attracted to light, and the stems will curl towards the direction of light. To keep tulips straight, place them in a tall vase for support and turn the vase daily.<\/p>\n

Amaryllis-<\/strong> To avoid the amaryllis<\/a> flower from drooping, carefully insert wooden chopsticks or wood skewers into the hollow stems.<\/p>\n

Anemones-<\/strong> Cut stems under running water at an angle to draw water up through the stem and provide for a greater drinking area. After a couple of hours, give the stems a fresh cut to unclog any blocked stems. Leave your anemones in a warm room or sunlight for a few hours to help open any closed blooms.<\/p>\n

Bird of Paradise-<\/strong> To help this beautiful flower bloom slide your fingers inside the casing and pop up it from the bottom. Don\u2019t pull because it can tear<\/a>.
