Cut one complete block of Oasis foam to fit in the center of a 6&#8243; designer dish or bowl. The floral tape will secure the floral foam, and the weight of the flowers will not pull the floral foam out of the designer dish. When you start creating the flower centerpiece, it&#8217;s helpful to elevate the dish. By doing so, you can see how the arrangement might look on the vase. Trim the hydrangea stems and insert the stems into the floral foam to create a round shape. Put the stems deep in the floral foam to lock them in place. By arranging the hydrangeas first, you will get a feel for how full the arrangement will be. Cut the stems to the desired length and secure them in the floral foam hanging down.
