Choosing your favorite florals is the first step to creating your flower crown.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Supplies Needed:<br \/>\n<\/strong>4 bunches of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomsbythebox.com\/baby's-breath-gypsophila\/gypsophila-xlence_7926\/\"> Excellence Baby&#8217;s Breath<\/a> (approximately 6&#8242; long)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomsbythebox.com\/flower-preparation\/green-floratape-stem-wrap_2637\/\">Floral Tape<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomsbythebox.com\/flower-preparation\/24-gage-wire_2638\/\">24 gauge Floral Wire<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomsbythebox.com\/flower-preparation\/floral-scissors_688\/\">Floral Scissors<\/a><br \/>\nTwine or rope<\/p>\n<h2>Preparation for the Baby&#8217;s Breath Garland<\/h2>\n<p>To create your garland for your event, I like to keep it on the spool and cut it when it is the length I want. In the end, when you finish your garland, the twine\/rope can be trimmed or don&#8217;t cut it until the end. I always like to keep it on the spool if I want it longer.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the baby&#8217;s breath into small sections of the main stem in small sections to bunch together. Keep the stems around 3&#8243; long. Bunch sections together, making a round cluster\u2014pre-make clusters before attaching them to twine.<\/p>\n<p>*Tip- Create your garland on a long piece of cardboard or towel to make it easy to pick up and move when you finish putting it together.<\/p>\n<h2>Attaching to Twine<\/h2>\n<p>Cut wire pieces approximately 1 \u00bd-2 1\/2&#8243;. Start attaching the bunches to twine or rope to form the garland. Start at the end of the string and wrap the stems around the back with the baby&#8217;s breath pointing outward. Wrap the stems in the floral wire. Overlap the bunches with the baby&#8217;s breath blooms in the same direction as you added them to the twine. The last bunch is attached in the reverse direction for a finished end. Your baby&#8217;s breath garland can be made in advance. Be careful when picking up the garland.
