Elegant Rose Centerpiece

With our flowers and ginger vases you can create beautiful centerpieces in minutes.

Things You'll Need
  • 12 to 18 Roses
  • Filler Flower such as Limonium, Baby's Breath, or Wax Flower
  • Greens such as Leather Leaf Fern, Italian Ruscus or Lemon Papoose
  • 7 3/4" Ginger Vase
  • Ribbon
  • Floral Shears or Sharp Utility Knife

You will never be disappointed with a traditional centerpiece of roses.
This arrangement stands 16" high in a 7 3/4" vase.

Roses are long lived, available in many colors, and loved by everyone.
  1. Order flowers for delivery one to two days before you need them.
  2. Hydrate and cut roses under water to desired length.The tallest flowers should be about 15", with others being slightly shorter.
  3. Cut and arrange filler flower within the roses.
  4. Cut and arrange greens within or around the rest of the flowers in any way that is pleasing to you.
  5. Tie a ribbon in a complimentary color around the neck of the vase.

For different looks, try using a variety of roses and different fillers. Change the texture by adding Hypericum Berries. This room brightening arrangement stands 2 feet high.

You can change the vase and the ribbon! Play around with different sizes, you'll be amazed by the results!

Blooms Tip

Clean water is essential for cut flowers. You can change the water in the vase daily or use a floral preservative. Check the vase often to see if it needs filling. Some flowers with woody stems drink a lot of water, especially in the first two or three days after cutting.
