DIY Loose Rose Bouquet

This very romantic style of bouquet lends itself beautifully to a boho wedding and can be done using any variety of flowers and colors. All you need for this specific bouquet is 10 vendela roses, 1 bunch of Italian ruscus, and 1 bunch of baby’s breath. Here is a step by step look at how to create this bouquet:

Reflex your roses

Loosely Gather your greens

You’ll want to use about 3-5 stems total. You can split them up pointing half in one direction and the other half in the other direction.

Add your Roses

Next, you can add in your roses. Keeping in mind this is loose, organic, and asymmetrical. Some will be taller and other will be shorter. This adds to the boho feel of the bouquet.

Add More Roses

Keep adding roses until you feel you have a full enough bouquet! They will face all directions and be different lengths to give the bouquet texture.

Add Baby’s Breath

Poke some baby’s breath stems in here and there where you think the bouquet needs a little filler.

Cut your stems

Using a floral scissor, cut the stems to one length ensuring it’s a good size for you to be able to hold.

Zip Tie

Lastly, zip tie the bouquet stems together. This will ensure it keeps it’s loose and organic feel. You want the zip tie to be tight but not too tight!
