Rose Faith is among our favorites here at Blooms by the Box. We love it for several reasons. Its stunning color, its soft, garden rose like petals, and its ability to pair beautifully with so many other blooms. We will break down color, shape, and how to use rose faith in this appreciate post!
Color
Rose faith is a subtle mauve color. It boasts hues of blush, pale pink, and lavender all at the same time. It’s almost as if you can’t tell what color it truly is. The shading can of course vary from grower to grower and even bunch to bunch. Some faith roses lean more towards pink and other towards lavender hence its mauve description. It generally has greenish guard petals which can be left on for a romantic and garden like feel.
Shape
This rose has a perfectly round shape contributing to why we love it. The guard petals lend themselves to a garden rose like feel. While it is a large head rose, it also has a daintiness about it making it a wonderful addition to a romantic arrangement. Once fully opened, the layers and layers of petals give it an editorial and luxurious feel.
How to Use
Ah, to pair the rose faith. Another reason we love it is its ability to bring any color palette to the next level. For starters, a color palette of white, burgundy, and sage green can be elevated with rose faith. Adding a touch of mauve and ensuring it is the only flower in this shade will make a breathtaking arrangement. Alternatively, you could pair rose faith with an all-white design. Adding rose faith to a bridal bouquet of white peonies and garden roses just makes it the sweetest thing! Lastly, and one of my personal favorites is to mix it with varying shades of pink (or purple). Blending it with purple and lavender flowers will give it more of a lavender tone while blending it with hot pink and bubblegum pink makes for a stunning color scheme (baby showers and bridal showers, hello?!).
In short, Rose faith is the perfect addition to your next soiree! We’d love to see how YOU use rose faith!
