Spring is always a season for welcome changes! I am excited to share my favorite spring flowers inspired by colors to make your wedding special. This year’s colorful wedding flowers are even more special, with the past year being very challenging for all of us. We do know bold colors will inspire spring weddings! Pick the flowers and colors that best fit you and your partner’s personality. According to Pantone, the meaning of bold colors is for couples to “immerse themselves into a world characterized by colors that reflect hope and optimism.” This is to bring much-needed cheer to wedding flowers after such a dreary and uncertain 2020.
Spring Flowers Inspired by Bold Colors
If you love modern weddings, choose a bold flower palette mixing colors and picking in-season spring flowers. Some of our Blooms bride’s favorite flowers during the spring are peonies, roses, pompon button flowers, spider mums, carnations, cushion pompons, and stock, to name a few. The popular greenery is eucalyptus, Italian Ruscus, pittosporum, but if you want to try something different for your spring wedding, look at dusty miller for the silver-grey hue, or Cocculus and aspidistra for a bold green tropical vibe.
Earthy Color Spring Flowers
Are you inspired by a hippie earthy boho wedding? A blend of earth tone green hues mixed with a few white flowers can have a very atmospheric effect and subtle-but-romantic touch to your wedding. Create organic centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres with spring white flowers such as white anemones, ranunculus, jasmine, white hydrangeas, calla lilies, sweet peas, white dahlias, wax flowers, tulips, and roses. If you don’t care for flowers, create an elegant tablescape with loose eucalyptus stems and fresh mixed greenery bouquets for you and your bridesmaids.
Peachy-Pink Spring Flowers
Embrace your spring wedding with some of the prettiest in-season flowers. These colors are perfect for a casual backyard wedding to a formal romantic theme. Save money when you shop for in-season peach, pink and white flowers. Choose from hyacinths, tulips, peonies, ranunculus, garden roses, sweet peas, pink dahlias, pink anemones, and foxglove.
