The Novelty Bride Highlights Blooms By The Box’s
Refreshing Addition to Styled Shoot
Classy and refined, the Firehouse themed styled shoot featuring Blooms By The Box was featured in The Novelty Bride Magazine. The most recent issue of the esteemed magazine was floral-focused, making it the perfect fit for us to our display our creativity.
The Novelty Bride issue featured dozens of weddings and captured the stunning floral arrangements that ranged from elegant trends to out-of-the-box bouquets.
In the feature, Blooms By The Box was highlighted for our refreshing, innovative additions to the beautiful firehouse styled shoot based in Chicago. Designer Kelly Connolly from Nimble Well rentals said,
“For this styled shoot I imagined an intimate bridal brunch with lots of fresh, natural elements including the loose foliage table runner with the coffee and lemon leaves, and roses tucked in with nectarines and limes…I love the way she [Emily Rose Ink] incorporated the foliage and flowers from the seated table into the decoration of the cakes. I used glass bottles for a few stems of roses and dahlias for an easy, elegant way to incorporate the flowers, and one wider vase for a focal arrangement of dahlias, roses, and foliage on the dessert table.”
The article pictured an elegant cocktail adorned with a watermelon wedge, spruced up by signature Blooms By The Box floral ice cubes. The shoot captured an organic, effortless environment that perfectly complemented the pristine Firehouse Chicago venue. From cake to cocktails, linens to luxurious hors-d’oeuvres, each vendor came with fresh ideas and worked together to create a beautiful day!
