June weddings are traditionally the most popular month to get married. June, July, and August make the best months for an outside or backyard wedding.  With our world-changing and the new normal with social distancing, enjoy planning a carefree romantic, intimate wedding outdoors with a limited number of guests. We all must honor social distancing, but why wait to get married! Have fun and create your own flower arrangements. Mix in summer seasonal flower favorites and flowers available all year round, such as roses, carnations, lilies, gerbera daisies, and chrysanthemums.

Pair the greenery with tropical flowers such as dendrobium orchids, protea, succulents, and bird of paradise. Tips on Flowers

Spray roses have a lot of personality, and are perfect filler flowers for any floral arrangement! They look beautiful with almost any focal flower or mixed with filler flowers. They are easy to arrange and budget-friendly.

Floral Tape Grid

Are you arranging flowers in a wide mouth vase or container? Sometimes if the mouth of the vase is wide, flowers will fall to the side, making it difficult to arrange. Form a grid with floral tape on the vase opening to support the flower stems. Before making the grid, fill your vase with water.

Large Blooms

Are your blooms tightly closed? Warm water helps tightly closed flower heads open fully.  Once your large blooms are open, add them first to your arrangement turning the arrangement. Fill in with smaller flowers using various shapes and sizes, making a tall arrangement? Make the height about one and a half times the container length. The width should balance the height.
