As we sit here in the middle of February we are dreaming of the dog days of summer and we thought we would think of warmer days. And while we do we wanted to share our favorite summer 2021 floral trends.

Greenery but Make it Tropical

Greenery has always been a favorite when it comes to weddings and events but eucalyptus doesn’t quite give off a summertime vibe. To replace them we love sago palms, monstera, jade palm, podocarpus, and aspidistra variegated.

Lush Floral Crowns

Flower crowns have been popular for years, but we are seeing them taken to the next level by going bigger than ever. We suggest going with a bohemian vibe by not making the crown too perfect. Eucalyptus is perfect to tuck in sparse areas to achieve the look.

Moss

We are seeing this trend pop up all over in home decor and it can easily be translated into a wedding as well. This couple utilized moss in a container and displayed their seating chart. You could also do a minimal look by filling a low container with moss and tucking in a few blooms for color.

While muted tones have had their day we are seeing a resurgence in color! We love pink, yellow and fuchsia hues in florals that can be the stars of the show with minimal color throughout the rest of the wedding design.
