PRODUCT DETAILS

Add incredible textures and colors to your bouquet or centerpiece with a bulk order of Blue Thistle Eryngium from Blooms by the Box. This gorgeous flower features long, branching stems that are topped with beehive-shaped centers and spiky petals. The plant also has jagged leaves running up the stems. The flowers themselves have gorgeous coloration that ranges anywhere from electric blue to navy blue. Use them fresh or dry them for dried flower arrangements.

The common names for Eryngium are Blue Thistle and Sea Holly, due to the vibrant blue hues of the flowers. These thistles are also representative of admiration, austerity, independence and nobility. Use them to add beautiful and fascinating accents to any DIY floral arrangement. Blue Thistles work well as an accent flower for modern, rustic and whimsical wedding themes. You can also cut the flowers from the stems and add them to boutonnieres and bud vases.

Eryngium is available by the bunch from Blooms by the Box. One bunch contains five stems and each stem has about three to six blooms.

Size: 22”-29” stem length

Vase Life:  1 week or longer, depending on environmental conditions. Eryngium Blue also works well as a dried flower!

Availability: All year

Suggestions: Eryngium Blue is perfect for adding texture and color to centerpieces and bouquets. It fits very well into modern, rustic, or whimsical wedding themes! Its buds can be cut from the main stem for use as boutonnieres or in bud vases, as well.
